How It Works
We work closely with our clients during every stage of the design and development process to ensure we are creating a high quality solution that meets every requirement. It starts with collecting requirements from you to understand your business, as well as the purpose and goals of the website. We will use these requirements to produce a design proposal outlining the functionality, design, sustainable and accessible features. We will also provide details of deliverable milestones, timings and costing. Once the design has been agreed, development can begin. When each milestone is hit we will check in with you to ensure we are meeting expectations and allow you to begin to consider the content that you are going to put on your website. After all the milestones have been completed, the final website will be available for client testing and content to be uploaded. We will provide documentation to one outline how the website meets the sustainability and accessibility criteria and two how to update the website as an administrator. Following the launch of the website, we provide the first month post-live support for free to ensure any teething issues can be dealt with. Following this there is a monthly support package available.
